There's A Hole In My Wall| 2023

"A recent college graduate struggles with anxiety and paranoia when a strange hole mysteriously appears in the wall of her house."
This was an independent film I shot in March 2023 as part of an anthology series. I wrote this story to encompass the fear and anxiety of never reaching the light at the end of the tunnel. The protagonist has worked insanely hard to land a perfect job and buy a comedically nice house. She's finally supposed to be living the dream, but instead she is plagued by a mysterious hole that randomly appeared in her house. She struggles with ways to repair then ignore the issue, slowly realizing it has a mind of its own.
This psychological thriller was my first independent film during my freshman year of college. It was a fun and chaotic experience with many new challenges, including utilizing a combination of green screen, practical effects, and voice acting sound design to create the hole.
