This is a 10 page script is a sample from a larger story, broken down into a smaller format where the protagonist has already overcome the first half of her struggles. Harley's journey focuses on the lifelong fight of understanding yourself and your own mind rather than ignoring it through addiction and dependency. The next step for Harley is learning to navigate relationships and finding a place in the world while maintaining her newfound self respect and love. After a long fight with addiction she's no longer a drinker, but as a result she doesn't do anything but work. Worried, her friends push her to her first party in years where she has to socialize with people who only know her as a chaotic mess.
